Rollenübersicht/Deine Aufgaben:
Wir sind auf der Suche nach einem talentierten Grafikdesigner für unser Team in München. Idealerweise hast du bereits 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung gesammelt. Berufseinsteiger mit viel Erfahrung im Bereich der Printmedien werden ebenfalls gerne berücksichtigt. Deutsch sollte deine Muttersprache sein und (als Bindeglied zwischen unseren deutschsprachigen Kunden und unserem Designteam in UK) du solltest sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mitbringen.
Als Grafikdesigner bei Brandwave wirst du verantwortlich dafür sein, unser gesamtes Team über die neuesten Designtrends auf dem Laufenden zu halten. Mit deinem innovativen und kreativen Input bringst du frischen Wind in laufende und neue Projekte, und hilfst uns so dabei, Einzigartiges zu kreieren.
Der Hauptfokus dieser Stelle liegt auf klassischen Printmedien wie Produktkatalogen, Magazinen, Plakate und Flyern.
Für diese Aufgaben solltest du dich mit Adobe Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator und InDesign perfekt auskennen. Kenntnisse in After Effects, Premiere Pro oder 3D Programme sind ein dickes Plus. Du solltest ein exzellentes Auge fürs Detail haben, täglichen Herausforderungen positiv entgegen sehen, gerne neue Fähigkeiten erlernen und dich mit den Produktionsschritten im Bereich Print sehr gut auskennen.
Als Mitglied des Brandwave Designteams und Teil einer Full-Service-Agentur wirst du bei allen Projekten, vom Branding über globale Printkampagnen bis hin zum Webdesign, Videoproduktionen und 3D Projekten, mit deinem Input in den kreativen Prozess miteinbezogen. Role Overview:

At the beginning of 2016, we launched our German office in Munich, and the success of this office to date means that we are now looking to expand and grow our account management, team. We are are looking for an organised, proactive and positive individual with experience of project and account management from an agency environment. Candidates must have great communication skills and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You must have an excellent understanding of marketing and experience working in either a marketing manager (ideally for a sports brand) or as an account manager for an agency.

There will be many opportunities to travel to work in our office in the UK and also with our clients, who are based all over the world. A passion for sports and experience in a marketing or agency environment is crucial.

Are you who we are looking for?

Our new Account Manager will have the following skills and experience…

• Extensive experience working as an Account Manager at either another creative agency or as a Marketing Manager for an international brand, ideally with a sports focus
• Experience of managing relevant marketing-focused projects and clients, with a clear understanding of how to build and maintain client relationships
• Experience brifing and working with a creative team
• Ability to solve and overcome complex problems and work on numerous projects at the same time
• Experience and passion for business development, you should be able to provide a record of having worked on successful sales presentations and pitches
• Have managed multiple large-scale marketing budgets
• Have contributed to marketing and roll out strategy for international brands
• Be fluent in both English and German (excellent written German and English skills are an essential requirement and will be tested at interview stage)
• Have a serious passion for sport and the sports industry

Compensation Details: 

• Competitive Salary, dependent on experience
• Annual bonus – Sports holiday for our entire team if our annual targets are met (previous trips have included long weekends surfing in Morocco, skiing in Chamonix and hiking and windsufing in Ireland).

Internship Role Overview – Munich Office

Role Overview:

We are looking for a hard working, enthusiastic and organised individual to come and join our Munich office. We are an international sports marketing agency with offices in the UK and in Germany. Your role will be crucial to the success of Brandwave’s development and will be extremely hands on. We’re looking for a candidate that is fluent in written and spoken German and English.

We specialise in and are fanatical about sports, fitness and the outdoors so it’s essential that candidates share our passion. We really value our team, come and work somewhere where you will be listened to, valued and will genuinely have an impact in an international fast paced company.

This role will be varied and fast-paced. Each day will be different and we expect you to learn quickly, thorough training will also be given. Key tasks would include:

  • PA to the directors
  • Account Executive – working to support our team of Account Managers with tasks for our key campaigns to ensure the smooth running of our client projects. Including research, proof reading and checking of creative amends you will be expected to input with a creative mind and an “can do” attitude. Attend client meetings, take notes for Account/ Project Managers and update project management software with notes once approved
  • Operations – Management of utilities, phone and mobile phone accounts, processing relevant invoices
  • Booking all training, conferences travel and accommodation
  • Sourcing supplier quotes for projects and internal print requirements
  • Update client relationship management software system with contacts as required
  • Maintaining effective supplier database
  • Answering of Brandwave telephone
  • Manage Brandwave Germany PR schedule
  • Organisation of any staff/ client events
  • Office admin
